Reboot: don't display equipment tradeability

In Reboot, no equipment may be put in storage to be moved to another character on the account.
Players in Reboot know this, and yet we often see complaints that a specific item could not be transferred to another character even though its description says "tradeable in account" or "tradeable once in account". They think these very specific descriptions override the general block on equipment movement.

So, my suggestion is simple: have the item tooltip in Reboot not display the tradeability status of equipment. It's already different on Reboot, not showing upgrade slots and hammer information, so this change should be easy to implement, and save players much confusion.

Bump, because I just witnessed a Rebooter waste their Oda Coins on the Sensei medal, thinking they'd be able to use it on all their characters, because it says "Transferable within account."
