Bug type: Game functionality

Brief bug summary: Some member bonuses in Legion System not stack with each other.

More details: The two member bonuses i noticed that not stack with each other are: Hayato and Shade, both should give Crit Damage, but only Shade works.

Steps to reproduce: Add Hayato and Shade to Synergy Grid and look at Member Bonuses.

    Jett, whose member bonus is also Critical Damage, doesn't stack with Shade and Hayato, either.
