Please fix the override registration box problem!!

My box disappeared after I logged into the server and disconnected. I didn't even get to open it... I simply accepted the box, looked at it in my inventory, and then disconnected. When I logged in again, it was gone. Pleaseeeeee fix this issue, it's really not cool.
