Kanna 5th Job Spritis Domain - Does no Damage

Bug type: Skill Bug

Brief bug summary: Kanna's Sprit's Domain does not always damage mobs. As the user, you can see damage text appearing, however when my friends showed up on my map, they told me that the skill is showing many misses. I don't miss the mobs on this map with any other skills. I also tried setting the skill down and noticed that the HP of the mobs was not going down as time went by.

    Seems to work on 1st and 2nd stage of the skill for both of inside the area and outside. But for final(3rd) stage of the skill, it only worked when I'm inside the area and doesn't do damage when I'm outside. Only tested once though because I didn't have time
