[functionality] mesogear teleporter not working

Bug type: Functionality

Brief bug summary: In Deity Room, there's a teleporter on the map that brings the player to thin air rather than another teleporter.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go the Deity Room under Big Ben in NLC.
2. On the teleporter two levels down from the top portal, press up.
