Inferno Den won't spawn

For whatever reason the Inferno Den no longer spawns for me. It was fine up until yesterday when I entered the portal and then disconnected. I restarted the computer and still the den refuses to spawn. The bounty hunter portals and Elites work but not the den. Now I'm unable to receive the last box for 7/4. Does anyone know a fix to this?

    It's not a bug, it's heavily rng dependent

    Inferno Den is spawning as it should, this is not a bug.
