how do i begin the commerci trade voyages? i talk to tepes and he sends me to lith harbor and then nothing happens. i don't have a light bulb quest and i don't see tepes in lith harbor.

    Check the lightbulb quests on the left side of your screen, should be a quest in the list called "wanna get rich" or something along those lines
