seriously i can't play in starforce maps because of how squishy i am. mages gets defense, warriors gets defense, some classes regenerate hp.
wind archer has 0 avoidability and defense. the -30% damage doesnt do ****.
im literally taking 3 to 4 thousand damage. **** this ****,

Thats because of the mob level, when you outlevel the mob, the damage they do is less. when you get to 200, youll also see less damage. I assume youre around 17x? divided your base dex by 5

Wind archer has a ton of avoidability, more than most classes, the mobs are probably too high level. Its also in my opinion not that squishy as long as you have decent equips.

Take advantage of Emerald Dust too, it's useful when you take a lot of damage since it attracts physical aggro

Try to train in maps where the enemies don't have long range magical attacks. You can use the wind walking skill to avoid touch damage pretty easily.
