Cannot Use Amazing Nodestone from Lachelein Quest

Brief bug summary: I tried to double click the nodestone, but it's not working

More details:

I just finished the Lachelein questline and got an amazing nodestone which contains the Rope Lift skill from a quest, but when I tried to use it, there was no response from the stone. it just remains in my inventory and nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Do Lachelein quest
2) Get Amazing Nodestone from one of the NPC in the Clocktower
3) Double click the Amazing Nodestone.

Character name: SilvaLau

Character level: 220

Character job: Blade Master

World name: Scania

Date and time of the incident: 17th July 2017

    I finished the questline and got the free nodestone (rope lift). Unable to open that nodestone. No error message. Just unable to open the stone.

    1. I tried opening other nodestone without any problem.
    2. I dont have Rope Lift skill activate nor another extra nodeskill in my V matrix for this particular skill ( i have disassembled it).

    I have the same issue. I can't double click it either.
