I can't complete the Enhancement quests involving cubes, soul enchantment and potential.

This happened in Scania on my level 97 Buccaneer.

Not sure if it was because I did the quests requirements really quickly or if they're just bugged rn, but I couldn't find this under known issues so there you go.
