Nexon Launcher patch failed permisson error 13 ?

is anyone else getting this error? i just came back from work and when i log on my computer it says patch failed permission error 13 access is denied

    Try restarting your computer. I was getting this error, until I restarted my computer. Afterwards, Nexon Launcher opens up perfectly fine for me.
