Close combat (Supportive)
When attacking nearby enemies, increases your final damage. When attacking far away enemies, increases your Ignore Defense Rate.
Level 1: Based on distance 100, when closer than 18 damage increases by 2% up to a max of 20%. The farther the distance, the Ignore Defense Rate increases by 3% up to a max of 30%.

Side Arm Throw (Active)
Throws a large spear on enemies, stunning them and inflicting damage while pushing back the user.
Level 1: MP Cost: 12, Attack up to 5 enemies with 320% damage 1 times. 50% chance to stop enemies for 1 sec. For bosses, it lasts for half as long and their movement speed is reduced by 50%. Cooldown: 3 sec

All your Javelins skills that damages an enemy adds a counter to enemies to up 5 counters. Debuff lasts 5 seconds on enemies
Imbued with the powers of lightning, Dash a good distance through your enemies and sever all Javelin counters and dealing damage per counter. (I-frame and applies full close combat final damage)
Level 1: MP Cost: 20, Max Enemies Hit: 6, Damage: 200% per counter. 5 second cooldown.

[Toggle Skill] Reduce your weapon and magic avoid to increase your Ignore Defense Rate.
Level 1: Weapon and Magic Avoid: -5%, Ignore Defense Rate: +30%
Level 10: Weapon and Magic Avoid: -50%, Ignore Defense Rate: +75%
(Did some math at this, it is about the same percent boost that MM gets with crit damage and BM get with Total Damage from their reckless hunt at end game.)

Dirty Fighter
Some say you are really a warrior class, but you are just used to getting dirty. When close in combat, permanently improves your status effect and elemental resistances.
Level 1: MP Cost: 31, When receiving an abnormal status, immediately remove the status gain Status Effect Immunity for 3 seconds– Cooldown Time: 90 sec, Passive Effect – Status Effect and Elemental Resistance: +1%
Level 20: MP Cost: 50, When receiving an abnormal status, immediately remove the status gain Status Effect Immunity for 3 seconds– Cooldown Time: 50 sec, Passive Effect – Status Effect and Elemental Resistance: +20%

Evasion Boost
Improves your chances to dodge enemy attacks. When you succeed, your attacks for the next 1 second will be Critical Hits.

Level 1: Evasion Rate: +12%, Avoid success, all attacks for 1 sec will be Critical Hits
Level 10: Evasion Rate: +30%, Avoid success, all attacks for 1 sec will be Critical Hits

Marksmanship
When attacking, ignore some of the monster’s defense. Permanently increases accuracy and damage.
Level 1: Defense Ignored: 6%, Accuracy: +6%, Total Damage: +5%
Level 20: Defense Ignored: 25%, Accuracy: +25%, Total Damage: +15%

Mortal Blow (Passive)
Has a chance to instantly kill an enemy, recovering HP and MP.
Level 1: Activation Rate: 3% when HP is below 3%, Recovers 1% HP and MP
Level 10: Activation Rate: 15% when HP is below 30%, Recovers 5% HP and MP

Bloodthirst (Passive)
Recover off the blood of your enemies and heal some of base on javelin counters you have currently active.
Level 1: Every 5 sec, you recover 0.5% hp per counter.
Level 10: Every 5 sec, you recover 5% hp per counter.
(adjusted this way so that if your low funded you will get a decent heal off mobs that you can’t 1 shot, and if you do 1 shot, you wouldn’t care about this skill. Counter management at end game boss fights help survivability. E.g. if you sever for i-frame/damage you will not get a good heal)



PELTAST – ARCHER 4TH JOB SKILLS

Bleed
Each counter removed bleeds the enemy for damage over time.
Level 1: Enemies bleeds 12% per counter removed every 1 second for 5 seconds.
Level 10: Enemies bleeds 120% per counter removed every 1 second for 5 seconds.

Close Combat Combo
Gain additional damage for alternating javelin counter stacking skills.
Level 1: Increases the number of attacks for all multi-hit skills by 1. If the next skill that applies counter is different from the last, deal 20% more final damage.
Level 10: Increases the number of attacks for all multi-hit skills by 1. If the next skill that applies counter is different from the last, deal 30% more final damage.

Zeus Bolt
Gathering the powers of lightning, slams area in front and around you with the power of zeus. Applies one Javelin Counter.
Level 1: MP Cost: 24, attack up to 8 enemies with 500% initial damage. Subsequently shocking 200% additional damage three times with lightning damage.
Level 30: MP Cost: 42, attack up to 8 enemies with 590% initial damage. Subsequently shocking 230% additional damage three times with lightning damage.

Flanking Throws
When attacking from behind gain critical damage and final damage.
Level 1: 1% Critical Damage. 1% final damage
Level 20: 20% Critical Damage. 20% final damage

Pre-requisite: Level 10 Javelin Mastery
Increases Javelin Mastery, Weapon Attack, and Critical Damage.
Level 1: Javelin Mastery: 56%, Weapon ATT: +1, Critical Damage: +1%

Joust

By focusing your mind, you can ignore some abnormal status effects. However, this will not work on all abnormal status effects.

Gathering up your strength to hurl a giant javelin to deal massive damage.

Illusion Step
Temporarily increases Dexteriy and avoid greatly. Permanently reduces damage taken from enemies.

    Creative idea, but it'd break my heart to see the ol' 2-3-2-3- /-2 job split broken. (I say this knowing all the other ridiculous changes MS has been through but still, xd.)
