Gold Dragon Portal issue

On my Mercedes character, I finished the tiger and dragon questline up to the point where I need to go through the portal as I picked the golden dragons, but I can't use the portal. Nothing happens when I press space or when I click on it, even though the cursor changes when I mouseover the base of it, and changing channels/relogging doesn't have an effect either.

    As a workaround for this issue try to go to the location where the NPC is on the mini-map in Mu Lung, then press up.

    nice, i was like why i cant get in!!!!! clicking nor pressing up did anything
