Override coin shop cannot be used

Brief bug summary: Trying to get on the override coin shop and won't work.

More details: When i wanna spend coin on the coin shop it open a message saying: (This function cannot be used right now) I also tried logging off then relogging and it won't work even closing game then launching back in won't work aswell.

    My character's in the server Scania, and recently there has been a bug where when you click on the yeti it says "Function is not available". Also, the Festival Sugar Time event has disappeared? Did it end early? Because now I can't get any Tier boxes from Takeover Rewards Event, because it's not there. And when the Sugar Time event was here, it didn't let my number of boxes go up in the Takeover Rewards Event. This has been happening to many other people on the same server. I tried resetting the game multiple times, or updating, but it still didn't work.
