Bug Type: Typo

Brief Bug Summary: hovering over the frozen gear will reveal a typo in the set effects.

More Details: Frozen set is seen as Black set and the Frozen weapon and secondary are also named Black weapon and secondary.

Steps to reproduce: 1. Hover mouse over frozen gear 2. Read the set effect text
