Tot' s guide revamp

Two of the problems with Tot was that there was so much to go through and quests not completing properly. Having the npc just explain does avoid the completion problem.
I do like that the selected topics are being more focused on the "necessary" besides what the initial tutorial already tells you.
I would keep some of the tutorials like how to use the soul enchanter. I do forget whether item transfer falls under Tot's tutorial.
( the respawn token and safety charm rewards are etc. items)
I hope that Tot will still fit the npc space instead of the MapleAdmin.
