Takeover Dominator Pendant stats :D

so i will be soon getting the takeover dominator pendant, but as ive come close to getting it i have also become slighty unsure on which char i should give the pendant to. I originally thought of giving it to a main char. but since i dont know the stats it will give, i figured i would ask you guys about it. what stats does the Takeover dominator pendant give? im rather curious.
according to what is said on maples website, it doesnt seem that they have been scrolled with fragment of distorted time(or whatever its called), what do you guys think of that? was it worth it getting the pendant? :p

    The takeover dominator pendant is a reward item from an event called takeover. It is still ongoing at the moment. Click on events(star-icon), and then click on the icon with a lady on it. She will then explain the rules and you can begin. ;)

    wait a sec. perhaps ive gone blind, but it is just me, or does it say 10 hp and 10 mp not 10% hp and 10% mp?

    I believe that's just a visual glitch.
    I have a Chaos Horntail pendant, which also says HP +10, but when I equip it my MaxHP goes up by about 3k.

    Nexon American just copied and pasted again. No GMS players use that pendant. Who needs a dominator when you have a superior gollux.
    I mean the scrolls used on it are trash. You can't even scissor it. Not worth your time.

    Why didn't they just bring back the Absolute lab weapon instead of making this trash in a event. So glad I didn't bother going for that trash pendant.
