Cash Shop Transfer?

The Cash Shop transfer does not work when i move the stuff in the Dark Knight (Explorer) to my Luminous
Anything i am not aware of?

    What exactly are you doing and what does not work?

    To move items from Dark Knight to Luminous, what you're supposed to be doing is:
    1. Go into Cash Shop
    2. Double-click the items in the Dark Knight's inventory (bottom right part of the Cash Shop display) into its Cash Storage (the two rows above that).
    3. Right-click the item in the Cash Storage, and select "transfer"
    4. In the window that pops up, find your Luminous in the drop-down list
    5. Click "Move".

    You are supposed to get a notice that the item was moved successfully. Then you log into the Luminous, go into Cash Shop, and double-click the item in its Cash Storage to transfer it to its in-game inventory.

    Note that some items can't be transfered, as listed in the web notice about the event.
