Doing 1 damage to Legion raid mobs

Bug type: Gameplay

Brief bug summary: Doing the legion raid I am unable to do more than 1 damage to any of the mobs. This makes completing the daily legion quests impossible. To fix I tried entering and exiting the raid multiple times. I also tried restarting the game. The bug persists.


Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Legion UI
2. Enter raid
3. Be unable to do more than 1 damage to the mobs

Character name: SummerSin

Character level: 208

Character job: Night Lord

World name: Scanie

Date and time of the incident: 8/30/2017 10:32 pm
