Transfer characters between merged worlds

Khaini has been my main world for years and years now. The last time we had a world leap event, I was able to move all my characters from various other worlds to Broa - but not Khaini. It's great that we're having another world leap event, and I sorta understand why only Broa is selectable for characters coming from other worlds - but why can't I transfer my characters that are already on Broa to Khaini? Or heck, I wouldn't mind moving from Khaini to Broa, since it's obvious you guys think it's the main one, if not for the fact that my storage on Khaini is over 100 slots large and I have the minimum storage space on Broa. So when this event is live, will I be able to finally get all my characters on one world, so that I can benefit from the Legion system and such?
