[Bug][Pet Skills] Action pet buff not working

After the 'Tune Up' patch, the level 30 (Max level) buff for the action pet Spirit Miho no longer appears.
This buff is supposed to be applied while you are in combat, but does not do so as of right now.
The buff is supposed to be 15 all stat, 6% HP, or 5 attack and magic attack if your pet is evolved. (Note, if your pet is level 30 you get all 4 buffs).
