Not able to enter Cash Shop

I get frozen in a black screen when I try to go to the Cash Shop. The only way to close the black screen is with task manager. This also happens with trying to leave my farm. Going to the farm is okay, leaving is the black screen of death.

    I have the same problem with the cash shop , and also, it takes around 4 minutes longer to launch and load into the game and is laggy in game
