Lost items after Unscheduled/server maintaining!
I lost all my items from hired merchant after 9/8/2017 8:30 pm PST unscheduled maintaining. I closed the shop near the server maintaining start time, then I logout. When I logged back in, I noticed all the equipment I claimed from Hired merchant was not in my inventory. Then I checked Federick immediately, but nothing there either. After I logged back in, I did not make any trade, transfer, sell or drop anything. I send in ticket and wait for their investigation.
Today, GM responds: “I am sorry to inform you that I am unable to verify the said loss of your items through our system as the game is working as intended.” “I am sorry to inform you that there is no possible way to return the items that you lost for your character as the system does not allow these types of requests.” Even Live chat GM, they all say similar respond. I don’t know what to do now. =(

Prob quit the game or buy nx and get more rich. :l
