Hot Key Settings Remembrance for Account

Greetings~

May I suggest an update on the Hot Key settings feature so that the game will remember the hot key settings for the whole account?

Aside from the skills, almost everything else are set to specific hotkeys with every character I use. It'd be great if I don't have to set the keys every time I make a new character.
