Maple Leaf High Key reward point purchase limit?

I've noticed that the website says the purchase limit of maple leaf high key on the reward shop is 5. I think I could purchase only 2 not 5.

    I could also only purchase 2 keys instead of the stated limit of 5 keys. I play in Mardia.

    Supposedly, we'll be allowed another 3 once the Reward Shop resets on October 1st.
