Nexon launcher error game dont open

My maple dont open,i click in play and nexon security appears and after that nothing happens,just appear to click play again
i already tried to change my Screen file of 0 to 3 but isn't work after all,im sad dude,please nexon help me or just fix it

    same ive had this issue for almost a year im dying to play the game :(
    two things people said to me (they didnt work but who knows) is redownload and run as admin
