Appearance Reset Coupons cannot unanvil Medals

Bug type: Functionality

Brief bug summary: Medals cannot be unanviled with Appearance Reset Coupons despite showing in the interface of the Appearance Reset Coupons.

More details: Some medals cannot be re-issued so the Appearance Reset Coupon is pretty much the only option.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Anvil a medal
  2. Make sure medal is unequipped
  3. Buy an "Appearance Reset Coupon" from Hugh Head in the Friend Story Uniform Tailor Shop
  4. Use the "Appearance Reset Coupon" to open up its interface
  5. Double click or click and drag the medal to try to reset its appearance
  6. Receive a message saying "You cannot change the appearance of [medal name]."

    Thank you for the report. I have forwarded it. At the very least, since the UI can identify what it might not want you to be unable to anvil, it shouldn't display it to begin with. Personally, I'd rather just be able to use it on medals.
