Reboot Single AP Resets

I would like to suggest bringing single AP resets to reboot, ideally for meso.

While it isn't all that useful for most classes, Xenons benefit from MP washing which is currently possible on normal servers but not reboot servers because single AP resets are not available on reboot.

It's not exactly the same scenario but buff freezers were added to reboot via the cash shop and I would like to see the same done for single AP resets if possible.
