stuck at friendstory

Sorry, I was going to use a ticket number but i'm not sure how that works, can you please explain that better to me so maybe I can re-upload this so its easier for you?
I was replaying friendstory and in chapter 1 when the bully overhears the talk about the new kid, it freezes. After he does his little bit about ruling the school he walks off and it crashes and I cant move out of the cutscene. I've tried the "Full Shutdown" but it doesn't change anything. Can you look into this?
