Jr Reaper Pet Package - Meso Magnet + Item Pouch?

I want to buy the Jr. Reaper Pet Package but the description does not say "Skills: Meso Magnet, Item Pouch" as the others do so I'm a little hesitant. Can someone please clear this up for me? Does the permanent Jr. Reaper come with Meso Magnet and Item Pouch or not? Thanks

    Yep, it was just telling you which skills it comes with.
