Unable to play NA region, directly send to Luna

After the patch, I am unable to play in NA region, I was automatic transfer to Luna region from the login screen. I tried pressing "esc" but the pop up just confirm if I want to exit out of the game. I had tried restarting my computer, it did not work.

- Launch game
- Video plays
- Automatically in the Luna region, there was no selection for NA or Luna.

Already tried uninstall the Launcher. It did not work. I have no idea what is going on. Any ideas?

    my problem is that I am not in Europe and when I open the game I enter america, ESC pulse and invites me to leave the game and I can not enter Europe
