Can only Log into Lunar

Hey, I'm not totally sure I'm in the correct section with this.

After the last Update (game update) I go directly to the Europe server where there's only the Lunar world. I have played on Lunar for years, but left that server because I'm looking for a server/world where the Hayato story line is NOT bugged (btw I've reported this many many times for different characters, months ago, and still no fix)

Anyway, when entering the game it skips the page where I can choose from North America or Europe, so I can't log into Windia where I'm currently playing.
Any solution to this, or am I the only one with this issue?
