Normalize game resolutions

Super annoying for people who play with 1366x678 screen resolution (I imagine most of us)
Cash shop, monster life, the login/char select screen, and probably other things I'm not aware of will change your resolution to 800x600 or 1024x768.

It would be super nice if a 1366x678 resolution mode was made for all parts of the game

    Yeah, it's pretty jarring. It's been like that forever though, dunno if they'll change it.
