Hair Salon Blank Hair?

Bug Type: Missing Hair or Text in the Hair Salon feature.

Brief Summary: Hair salon, I can see the hair displayed in the overview when you click on a hair, but the name is blank. When I try to save it use it, it does not work, nor does delete the hair works.

More Details: Been 5 months since I sent my first ticket about this problem, still not resolved. This isn't a problem that can be resolved by a step-by-step tutorial, Nexon has to fix this. Hair name = Rockstar (if that helps)
