Launcher not working; can't download new launcher.

So, for no reason I know of, when I try opening my launcher now I get a message that "This app cannot run on your PC", despite playing just yesterday. So I try downloading the launcher again, but clicking on the button does absolutely nothing. I'm not sure what I can do now.
