    I don't see where it is on Zenith either.. I'm guessing it's bugged for all worlds but I could be wrong.

    Nope, Scania is fine.
    The cyrojet npc is only in Leafre (to the right of Chief) and Henesys (all the way to the right by the soul weapon guy) if that helps.

    Nope I don't see it in either town, both on my Cadena and my main. I don't have the quest for the event either.
