Where to claim Grandis Journey Pack?

I already registered Nov 1st when I saw the announcement trailer. Where do I get the Grandis Journey Pack? It's not in the gift box icon on the left side of the game screen.

    You only get the Grandis Pack if you got all 16 (15? not sure if you needed both medals) parts done. Not sure what happened with ppl who had buggy micro-site.
