They moved up the release date for v.191?

According to the video, it looks like we're getting the Winter Bard, Illium AND Morass. On the Nova teaser site, it says Illium is supposed to come out on the 20th, yet the video says starting on the 14th. Are they moving up updates again? Or am I not getting something?

EDIT: Disregard this. Figured it out, I was just confused by the video, but I after reading the preview, I saw that the 14th is the PRE-creation which also threw me.
