So the mission says to just clear chapter 1-3 but after doing that it won't clear the mission and doesn't tell you why either.

    Seems like they didn't change the text or anything but completing All Chapters (1-4) will complete the step-up event quest.

    I have the same issue. Cleared all 4 chapters just in case but still says mission in progress.

    Do I have to run the fourth chapter as well then? Even though it says 1-3?
    I already did it on my main though!
    Plus.. I don't wanna cry again.. ;-;

    Cleared for me when I did all 4 in order and accepted/cleared all related quests from baboon.
