Can't access main char after entering PIN

It seems no one else is posting about this issue, don't know if I'm the only one.

So after I select my main character I get a pop up that says "HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN?", and then nothing happens. It doesn't let me access the character.
Half of my characters on that account are stuck like that. I can only access SOME mules on that account. This started happening after the maintenance before the most recent one. I was hoping this last maintenance would fix it, but it didn't.

    might have to do with all your naked characters but usually restarting the game helps
