so after downloading nexon launcher and then downloading maplestory I clicked play like every one would do when they want to play maplestory
but what happened to me is the game does not open but just shows me an error saying "nexon launcher failed to load" I tried reinstalling nexon launcher to see if that would fix it but the same error still appears
I hope someone could help me with this, thanks

    I'm having the same issue, spent two hours last night doing troubleshooting with Customer Service Live with no avail. I even tried downloading steam and taking that route, but I had the same result. After submitting a ticket, the only response I got was to try all of the troubleshooting options again. Hoping for answers too.
