And why do I keep getting them from the Christmas Stockings I have been raising?

I have raised and opened 10 Stockings and I have gotten around 7 V coins and I have no idea where to use them. Is this a Bug or am I just silly?

    I think that might be a bug... the V-coins were from the V update when fifth job became a thing.... that coin shop has since been WAAAAAAAY gone.
