Minion duration +x% does not affect the nova guardians skill but it works in the same way as stone dragon: summons kaisers of the old to fight.

Is this intended or a bug?

    Buff duration and cooldown cutting skills/potentials/runes/Legion bonuses from any source generally do not apply to 5th job skills.
