Help I am trade locked and I don't know why

I am really confused because I tried getting some items but I had not enough space so I tried dropping and selling but I am not allowed!
WHY I NEED HELP!!!

    hellbanned. I've been there. Probably means nexon is investigating your account for suspicious activity.

    It's a known issue. to quote arwoo in the maplestory discord "
