Illium Boost Up Not Providing Double Coins

I have a pre-creation Illium, and I am not receiving double coins for my Illium Boost Up boxes from 100/125/150 tier rewards.

The event states that if your Illium was pre-created, it would receive double the coins at these tiers. So far since level 150's reward, I have not received double the coins.
v.191 Patch Notes wrote:
  • An event for Illium characters only!
  • Accept the quest '[Nova] Illium Boost Up! Try to get gifts' from the star event notifer on the left side of the screen.
  • During the event period, when you reach certain levels on your Illium character, you'll receive special rewards!
  • These can only be claimed once per account.
  • If you participated in the Illium Pre-Creation event, you'll receive double the amount of Nova Coins at levels 100/125/150/175.
