Crashing at Login.

I'm new to maplestory, I played my character once and got them out of the tutorial and into henesys, But whenever I try to login now after i click on start and put in my pin, it just loads for awhile and then blackscreens and crashes.

I'm not sure what it is causing this issue and i'm very annoyed as I just want to play the game but this is not making me want to continue playing.
