Blaze Wizard Question - Missing 4th Job Skill?

Hello everyone,

This is my first time leveling a Blaze Wizard, and at level 151, I currently have 30 extra skill points for my 4th Job - it seems like one of my skills might be missing. Is this normal right now (i.e. a previous patch removed a skill and nothing has replaced it), or is my character completely messed up somehow? I know it's a simple question, but I don't see an answer anywhere when searching.

    it would be the cygnus blessing, look for a quest called "shinsoo's call" in the light bulb quest, it's the maple warrior equivalent. This happens with all cygnus knights.
