200 Cadena and Illium Event Rewards

So like the title listed has anyone already gotten their perma pet / unique potential scrolls / prime scroll for getting both cadena and illium to 200 yet?
As I read in the patch notes the said it would be given out during a maint and I've been waiting. but now its the next patch i still haven't received it yet... (I haven't been banned and I'm sure my acc is in good standing)
(notes also say you can claim until Feb can be found in the mid section of the page listed below)
