Kite Tour Problem?

So the event states that you have 5 kites, and you can fly one once per day in the main towns. However, the kite item itself says that it expires 1/20 at 23:59. So if the event started the 17th, how on earth are we supposed to fly all five if we only have 4 days?

    I think you misread the kite, it should say it will expire on 2/20/2018 AT 23:59.
