Brief bug summary:
"Report" a player does not work

More details:
When using the ingame report function, an error is shown: "Please try again later"

Steps to reproduce:
Use the ingame function to report a player, fill in the form, click on "Report". An error will show

World name:
Luna

Date and time of the incident:
For severall weeks, if not months

    There was a spambot, on the reboot server today, tried to report, and simply get the message try again later. I can say for a fact this has been going on since i started playing about NOV 20th 2017. Same thing then same thing now

    Maplestory is down now, so I might not get the names correct, but "Advertising" and "illegal program use"
